DAVID S. MANN

David S. Mann has been practicing law in Cincinnati
for more than 40 years.  In addition to his legal career, he served on Cincinnati City Council for 18 years, including 2 terms as Cincinnati’s Mayor.  In 1993 he was elected to the United States Congress as a representative from Ohio’s first congressional district. 

David grew up in Northern Kentucky.  He graduated cum laude from Harvard College and magna cum laude from Harvard Law School where he served as an Editor on the Harvard Law Review.  David also spent 4 years serving in the United States Navy.
